2. Coaching and Professional Disclaimer
Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support personal and professional growth. It is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other healthcare services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement and supported by applicable professional licensure, Stone Coaching does not provide psychotherapy, mental health diagnosis, medical treatment, or crisis intervention.
The use of Internal Family Systems concepts or other reflective frameworks within coaching does not, by itself, constitute psychotherapy or licensed mental health treatment.
Clients experiencing mental health concerns requiring clinical care are encouraged to consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
If you are experiencing an immediate emergency or mental health crisis, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis support provider.
3. Client Responsibility
Coaching is a partnership that requires active participation, openness, and personal responsibility.
By engaging with Stone Coaching, you acknowledge that:

Results vary depending on individual circumstances, participation, and commitment.
Stone Coaching does not guarantee specific personal, professional, financial, or organizational outcomes.
Any actions taken following coaching sessions or through the use of website resources remain your responsibility.
4. Scheduling, Payments, and Cancellations
Information regarding coaching fees, session scheduling, payment terms, cancellation policies, and rescheduling procedures will be communicated separately when applicable.
Individual and corporate coaching engagements may be subject to a separate written agreement.
If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed coaching agreement, the signed agreement will govern the specific coaching engagement unless otherwise stated.
Free consultations are introductory conversations and do not establish an ongoing coaching relationship.

Participation in coaching does not automatically establish a legally privileged healthcare or psychotherapy relationship.
